Building Outcomes, Not Pedigrees: Observations From Our First Month of 2026
Over the past month, we’ve taken time to reflect at ForgeSight.
Not because of market noise or positioning debates, but because of growth. Since the start of 2026, we’ve added nine new team members across industries and delivery roles. Three of them joined us this week alone.
Each brings years of hands-on experience delivering solutions on Palantir Foundry. One is ex-Palantir. Others have worked as Forward Deployed Engineers in construction, manufacturing, and healthcare environments where outcomes, adoption, and trust are non-negotiable.
As we looked across these hires, a simple truth stood out: what defines strong delivery is not where someone comes from, but how they operate.
Different Backgrounds, Shared Capability
Among the team members who joined ForgeSight this month:
-
One has delivered Foundry solutions with a major Canadian construction firm and recently completed our internal Foundry training program, focused on operational use cases, ontology design, and durable delivery.
-
Another brings more than two years of experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer in the manufacturing sector, working directly with frontline teams to embed data into day-to-day decisions.
-
A third spent over two years as a Forward Deployed Engineer in healthcare, operating in environments where accuracy, trust, and speed directly influence outcomes that matter.
Some came to ForgeSight from Palantir. Others did not. All bring the skills, mindset, and accountability that define a true Forward Deployed Engineer.
What Actually Makes a Forward Deployed Engineer
Titles and resumes tell only part of the story.
In practice, the strongest Forward Deployed Engineers share a common set of capabilities: the ability to work shoulder-to-shoulder with client teams, translate messy operational problems into data models that reflect reality, and deliver solutions that people actually use.
They understand the business context, not just the platform. They can navigate ambiguity, earn trust quickly, and balance speed with rigor. Most importantly, they take ownership of outcomes, not just implementations.
This is the bar we hire to, regardless of background.
Outcomes Over Orgins
Experience matters. Pedigree alone does not.
Our clients don’t ask where our consultants worked previously. They ask whether we can help them reduce operational friction, improve visibility, and make better decisions faster. They care about whether Palantir Foundry becomes part of how their organization operates, not just something that was deployed.
That’s why we invest heavily in training, shared delivery standards, and mentorship across ForgeSight. It’s also why we build mixed teams that combine former Forward Deployed Engineers, industry practitioners, and operators who understand how decisions are made on the ground.
The result is delivery that adapts to the client, not the other way around.
Built Inside the Enterprise, Not Adjacent to It
ForgeSight was not built in isolation.
We grew out of i4C Consulting, an IT consulting firm with deep experience delivering solutions for mid-size to enterprise commercial organizations and government. While ForgeSight was created to bring dedicated Palantir expertise to the market, i4C and ForgeSight continue to operate as sister organizations.
That structure matters.
It means our Palantir teams are not operating in a vacuum. We can draw on a broader consulting bench with experience across nearly every major enterprise platform used by businesses and governments today, from ERP and CRM systems to data platforms, integration layers, and operational tooling.
Palantir Expertise, Enterprise Context
ForgeSight brings deep expertise in Palantir Foundry and AIP. i4C brings decades of experience navigating the realities of enterprise environments: legacy systems, regulatory constraints, procurement models, security requirements, and organizational change.
Together, that combination allows us to meet clients where they actually are.
Whether the challenge involves integrating Foundry into an existing technology stack, aligning it with upstream and downstream systems, or supporting adoption across business and technical teams, we can field a holistic team that understands both the platform and the broader enterprise ecosystem.
Pragmatic Delivery, Real Impact
We don’t believe in performative delivery or solutions built for appearances rather than impact.
Clients work with ForgeSight because we help them operationalize Palantir Foundry and AIP in ways that drive measurable results. That might mean improving project controls in construction, increasing throughput in manufacturing, or enabling safer, faster decisions in healthcare.
We measure success by what changes for the client: cycle times, cost structures, risk exposure, visibility, and decision quality. Everything else is secondary.

Foundry works best when it’s built into the enterprise, not beside it.
